This Construction Skills guide is intended as an information portal for players looking to understand the construction skills on Alterworld Online.

Overview

The construction skills are the following, all of which support players in creating Alterworld Online custom houses:

Construction skill are gained through adding/completing items on the housing recipes
To create a housing recipe, you will need to purchase a 'house drafting desk' from the Foreman NPC located in each major city on Alterworld Online
Lockdown your house drafting desk in your home
Select the house recipe you're looking to obtain (see houses page for details on Alterworld Online custom housing)

Framing can be raised by using a 'Brick Layer's Tool' that can be purchased through the Foreman NPC to create wood, log and bamboo panels, flooring, walls, windows, doors, stairs and foundation items for Housing Recipes
The more you create items, you will become a grandmaster Framer and your failure rate will decrease

Brick Laying can be raised by using a 'Brick Layer's Tool' that can be purchased through the Foreman NPC to create brick panels, flooring, walls, windows, stairs and foundations items for Housing Recipes
The more you create items, you will become a grandmaster Brick Layer and your failure rate will decrease

Roofing can be raised by using a 'Roofer's Tool' that can be purchased through the Foreman NPC to create roofing tile items for Housing Recipes
The more you create items, you will become a grandmaster Roofing specialist and your failure rate will decrease

Stone Masonry can be raised by using a 'Stone Masonry Tool' that can be purchased through the Foreman NPC to create stone panels, flooring, walls, windows, stairs and foundations items for Housing Recipes
The more you create items, you will become a grandmaster Stone Mason and your failure rate will decrease

Visit the Foreman NPC (can be found in the major cities on Alterworld Online)
The Foreman will house drafting desk for custom Alterworld Online housing deeds
Use the house drafting desk to create housing recipes
Open the recipe to see the items you will need to fulfill on the recipe in order to obtain the deed for the house
Once the recipe is fulfilled, return the recipe to the foreman to trade for the Deed you have fulfilled
Use the deed to place the house on Alterworld Online

To create a housing recipe, you will need to purchase a 'house drafting desk' from the Foreman NPC located in each major city on Alterworld Online
Lockdown your house drafting desk in your home
Select the house recipe you're looking to obtain (see houses page for details on Alterworld Online custom housing)
Depending on the complexity of the house, a minimum construction and inscription skill (or minimum combined skill) will be required to create the recipe
Recipe's require housing items in order to complete
Once the recipe is complete, return to the foreman NPC and provide the foreman NPC your completed house recipe to obtain the custom house deed
Adding items to Housing recipes will increase the relevant construction skill in your Extended Skills on Alterworld Online (example: While you're adding Wooden Frames to the recipe, this will also give you a chance to increase the extended skill 'Framing')
Some housing items may be found on the Foreman NPC, others may need to be resource that needs to be gathered or crafted on Alterworld Online
Adding items to Housing recipes will not always be successful on your attempt
Success rate is determined by your skill level in the aligned item on the recipe
Success rate will increase as you master the relevant housing skills aligned to the task you're completing in the recipe
Becoming a master in all housing skills will decrease the gold outlay, making deed sales more profitable for the player on the market
