This Housing guide is intended as an information portal for players looking to understand the renting and purchasing of houses on Alterworld Online.

House Rental, Settlers Island

• Players and Guilds can rent housing (in the form of land property and Ocean property) at Settlers Island
• Settlers Island can be found as an option on the Alterworld Online travel portal, located in the major cities
• Players can rent a maximum of 1 property on Settlers Island
• The price of the rental property is determined by the size, lock-down capacity and position
• Player vendors are able to be placed on your property for players to shop items you chose to put on the market

Standard House Deeds & Placements

• Visit the town's Architect NPC
• Purchase a House Placement tool from the Architect
• Double-click to see the list of available houses to place and the price you must pay to place it on an available land slot
• Purchase the house you would like and place the house deed on an available piece of land on Alterworld Online
