Anatomy can be used in three ways:

  1. Passively increases the combat damage you deal.
  2. Passively adds amount healed to yourself, NPC's, or other players.
  3. Actively check the Dexterity and Strength of another player, animal, or monster.

It formally belonged in the Useless Skill group until it was linked to Healing and Damage Bonuses.

Damage Increase

  • Damage Increase is added to your Damage Calculations.
  • The Damage Bonus % = anatomy / 2 (+ 5% if anatomy at 100.0 or higher)

Anatomy Skill Damage Bonus
10 5 %
20 10 %
30 15 %
40 20 %
50 25 %
60 30 %
70 35 %
80 40 %
90 45 %
100 55 %
110 60 %
120 65 %

Healing

  • Anatomy adds to the amount you can heal.
  • The Healing Bonus % = anatomy / 6

To Cure poisonings with Bandages you need 60 anatomy, and to Resurrect you need 80.

Defensive Ability

When combined with Evaluate Intelligence, these two skills can be used to replace Wrestling or other melee skills for defense. Anatomy and Evaluate Intelligence need to add up to 220 to have the equivalent of 120 melee defensive ability. The result of the following formula is capped at 120, so having 120 in both skills does not give a greater benefit.

  • Formula: ( Evaluating Intelligence + Anatomy + 20 ) / 2

Training

  • Active

Activate the skill via macro or skill button and target a creature other than yourself.

  • Passive

Each time you hit a creature with a weapon or fists you have a chance to gain Anatomy. This is the preferred method of training the skill, requiring less effort and time. You can also gain anatomy passively when using the Healing skill.
